From Plant Operator to Problem Solver

Before we cleaned facilities, we worked inside them. Founder Patrick Matherne spent years as a chemical plant operator managing critical operations, compliance protocols, and tight production schedules. But time and time again, the cleaning vendors he worked with showed up late, cut corners, or made communication harder than it needed to be.

So in 2024, Patrick launched Matherne Industrial Services with one clear goal: to build a cleaning company that actually understands how facilities run—and how to serve them well. No fluff. No runaround. Just safe, professional, high-quality work from people who get it.

Before a contractor is allowed on site, procurement and safety teams must confirm that the company is qualified, properly insured, and eligible to perform the work. Matherne supports that process with the documentation your facility expects, including certificates of insurance, safety documentation, Job Safety Analysis (JSA) forms, and emergency protocol information. We follow site-specific safety procedures and respect your approval process, your operating rules, and the risk environment your facility manages every day.

We can provide insurance documentation, safety paperwork, Job Safety Analysis forms, emergency contact information, and other required documents during contractor onboarding and site approval.
